ABOUT ME

Here I would like to let you know a bit more about myself, I have worked with many people that have needed support. I had the privilege of working for mental health charities. In this role I supported many people with the skills that I have. This is where I met their counsellors and this is what started my journey to become one my self.

I have dealt with my own mental health challenges in my life and I know how important it is to have someone that has no judgement on what is going on and for that same person to be able to hold a space for reflective practice. It helped me personally to explore my own feelings and come up with solutions to why I felt the way I did.

I have lived experience of being different, I have lived in different communities, I have made art, and I have met some very interesting people along the way. In doing so I have learnt how colourful this world is and how people, each and everyone us, are so different. It is through my own personal and professional journey that I have become who I am today.

I have professional experience with working with people of different communities, I am GSRD (Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity) aware. I have experience with working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and experience of communities that live alterative life styles, I am LGBTQIA+ aware, I am Kink aware, and I am alterative relationship aware, such as polyamory, swinging or other types of relationship diversity.
